Return & Refund Policy

At Grillz Teeth, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
However, due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, the following return and refund terms apply.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must not have been worn, used, or washed

  • It must be in its original packaging and condition

  • All accessories, tags, and packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

🛑 Used, worn, or damaged products are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.


2. Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at contact@grillzteeth.store with your order number and reason for return

  2. Our support team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions

  3. Once approved, ship the item to the return address provided by email

📦 Unapproved or unsolicited returns will not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • A fixed €10 return fee will be deducted from the refund to cover handling and logistics

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are processed minus the €10 return fee

No refund will be issued if:

  • Returned item is not in its original condition

  • The return request is made after 14 days

  • The return was sent without prior approval


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different item or size, please follow the return process (if eligible) and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • Your order number

We will either:

  • Send a replacement free of charge, OR

  • Issue a full refund — your choice.
